When Anaconda has been installed, there appears that “The system could not find the specified path”

I have downloaded the anaconda. But when installation has completed, I tested in w+R(cmd), there is no conda list.
In addition, anaconda installation could be Windows system?
Do you have problems with the Anaconda installation or with installing PyTorch?
I’m currently not sure, what the error message means.
If you search for “Anaconda” on Windows, do you see the Anaconda terminal?
If so, could you install PyTorch there and execute it in the same environment?
