Can one build cuda code in Ubuntu as a virtualbox guest without the hardware/card with cuda cores/GPU passthrough?
I want to tinker with https://github.com/ruotianluo/pytorch-faster-rcnn but want to debug builds locally before running the code on server with GPU.
