Building Pytorch/Caffe2 on Anaconda3/python3.6.4 on Windows 10

I am trying to set up a development environment for Caffe2 and FPGA accelerators, and started from the raw Caffe2 github repo. Not being successful and searching for answers, the Caffe2 repo issue template suggested that everything is happening now in the Pytorch repo. So, first time here (hello everyone, pleasure to make your acquaintance), looking for guidance and hopefully some collaborators that are interested in creating custom hardware accelerators for Caffe2 tensor operators using fancy new arithmetic (like Google’s TPU, just better).

Can anyone point me to some documentation that explain how the system is put together and how to create a working dev environment for Anaconda on Windows 10?
