Can MPS profiles be inspected by non closed-source software? Where are they stored?

PyTorch doesn’t yet offer ProfilerActivity.MPS but is there any way to inspect torch.mps.profiling without XCode? Where are these files located?

It only mentions XCode:

The generated OS Signposts could be recorded and viewed in XCode Instruments Logging tool.
