Can not install torchvision on windows 10 with miniconda

Solution: Install torchvision without dependencies.

pip install --no-deps torchvision

I uninstalled my anaconda and reinstall miniconda instead and now I can’t install torchvision. pytorch.org doesn’t have any other instructions besides pip3 install torchvision. Whats the fix here?

Read the thread in the link posted below, people have already solved this issue. But there is no single solution for this problem.
