Can we read logs to TensorBoard Using PyTorch

I wrote logs to TensorBoard using PyTorch but want to generate customized visualization. I know TensorBoard provide links to download files, but I want know whether it is possible to directly read TensorBoard logs using PyTorch without installing the TensorBoard library.
