I want to build a voice database by myself, and use end-to-end speech recognition with pytorch. Can pytorch implement this function?Does pytorch have a visualization tool like tensorboard?

If you ask in a generic way like this, the answer would be: Ofcourse, you could use pytorch to implement each and everything.
I would suggest you to google about it to find numerous projects.
