Create New Metric

Hey community,

I am working on a segmentation model, and some objects have a lot of details. Because of that, the model recognizes these objects but it can not segment the details perfectly. Then the recall and IoU fall a lot.

So I was wondering if I could create somehow a metric that gives me 100% recall if the model segment correctly at least 70% of the object label, for example.
