Developer Documentation - wiki - how to get access to add a new page?

Hi! I wanted to add to the Pytorch developer facing documentation wiki (Home · pytorch/pytorch Wiki · GitHub) - specifically, I wanted to add more information about what the specific sub-files and sub-folders purpose is as an overview page. How can I get access to create a page on the wiki to do so?
