I am working with 2048x2048 px medical X-ray images, and I have two datasets. One dataset is a _ dream come true <3 _ : nice, clean, and pixel-wise segmented. This really helps in training a segmentation network.
I also happen to have a second dataset, which is clean and nice but does not have pixel-wise segmentation. Instead this dataset has a “Quadrant” feature which points to where the issue lies.
What would you do with the second dataset? Will love to hear some thoughts!
