Does Captum support Graph Neural Networks (GNN)?

Hello everybody. I have recently started using Captum for model interpretability and I’ve found it really interesting. My main question is: Does Captum support Graph Neural Networks too? Thanks a lot.

It looks so! There is a Google Colab from Amin at the list of Pytorch Geometric that uses Captum:
