Does __getitem__ of dataloader reset random seed?

what exactly would go wrong if I set the numpy seed in getitem?

It make different random int !
datetime.datetime.now().millisecond seem not available in py3.5, i use datetime.datetime.now().microsecond.

mp.set_start_method(‘spawn’) can also work
but it print the log, ‘Device being used’, many time…
so i choose this
