Does Pytorch have pytorch version of implemention of Hydranet?

The paper of Hydranet is
Mullapud HydraNets Specialized Dynamic, Ravi Teja Mullapudi,etc
I have found classic pytorch version of VGG,resnet, BUT Hydranet is not found in pytorch lib

the github had ones,but it seems not completed yet
