I hit the error in the screenshot when compiling from source. I have Ubuntu16.04, CUDA8.0 and a piece of Tesla P100. May I have advice of possible reasons and fixes? Moreover, how to verify the guessed reasons?

It could be the same thing as this issue, which suggests that you might not have enough RAM. How much do you have?
