# Failed to access this forum by DiscourseHub

Hello, PyTorch.

Recently, I tried to use [DiscourseHub](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.discourse) to access this forum, but it failed with the following error message:

> Authorize application access
> 
> Sorry, you do not have the required trust level to access the user API

Since I haven’t met this error when accessing other Discourse-based forums, I wonder what did I miss? how to fix it?
