I am an industrial engineer, deeling with process optimizations in parts of the food supply chain. Searching mainly for solutions / examples for the usage of ML for forecast and replenishment planning for small business, e.g. coffee-shops, cantines, … .
Must not be ready, but basic structure as starting point for further students projects.
