Has PyTorch (as of 1.8) dropped Python 2 support?

While working on minor contribution I’ve stumbled across some Python2-specific code and I’m curious if Python 2 support has been already dropped?

In this case I’ll push a PR to remove this old code.

Yes, Python 2 support was removed in 2020, which is also the EOL of Python 2, as described here.
