How to have hardware acceleration with ARM Mali-T860 MP4 GPU

I’ve been trying out pytorch and yolo on a Tinkerboard 2S. Is there any way to enable GPU usage with pytorch with the ARM Mali-T860 MP4 GPU provided with the board?
