I found the wrong description on Pytorch Docs.
So I wanna revise them.
How can I fix it?

The best way is to fork the documentation on GitHub, then make changes and send a pull request. Developers will reach you there for sure.

It is odd. Because you can access the GitHub page exactly at the same place the docs are. If it does not bother you, can you share the doc page you are considering? Maybe I can help you find the source code.
