Looks like your X_train and y_train are not aligned properly… Could you share more code?

That looks alright to me… Could you display images as in the original post but directly with x and y rather than X_train and y_train ? The data could be misaligned before the sklearn split.

yes you are alright, x and y not aligned properly in the original data
