I have python 3.13.9 and CUDA 12.8. Command install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu128 returns ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch (from versions: none).
The 2.9.1+cu128 binaries for Python 3.10 - 3.14 for Windows x86 and Linux x86 + ARM are accessible using your link: https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch/
Just search for the tag I posted.
My post that was flagged and taken down literally solves this guys issue 100%. Nice work
This works perfectly and not one headache with install, testing, anything. So hope this helps……..

It was my first day on here and seeing the same question being asked almost repetitive made me think that it would be better to make a post for the whole to see it not just that sub topic? So i own that i did that but was not by design but yet not knowing the exact pipeline these threads follow. So thats my bad but the intent shouldve been more of the focus rather than the fact i made a comment about it in one thread and simultaneously making a post about it from seeing tons of users with that very question my set up fixes for them. But its y’alls company so i cant say anything else to that account
