I was wondering if MAGMA is included in the prebuilt libtorch? Is it necessary to ensure faster performance in C++?

Can anyone provide the cmake summary of the standard libtorch to know what packages are active?

I don’t know where libtorch is built exactly, but the build scripts should be included in pytorch/builder.
