I am working on vessel segmentation.I use bcewithlogit as loss funtion and accuracy,precision,recall,specific,F1,and auc as metric.
The loss keep going lower during training,but the most of these metrics goes down too.
I don’t understand how could this happen,can anyone explain this,please,thank you
