PyTorch support on Apple's M1 chip

I was wondering if PyTorch will support Apple’s M1 chip and its 16 core Neural Engine. Tensorflow already supports the M1 GPU. I was hoping PyTorch would do the same.

Maybe you could use the mlcompute api like TensorFlow.
