ROI Polling for unequal dimensions

Hi,

How do you specify the scale in roi_pooling with unequal dimensions?

E.g. image size - (640, 480)

I think the thing that is not foreseen is to have inhomogenous scaling. Having a non-square image size while keeping the aspect ratio should work…

Thank you @tom. I just realized that 640 and 480 have the same spatial scales on VGG16.
