Scale Difference in Multi-Task Loss

Hello,

I have a 3D-U-net network for tumor segmentation, and I would also like to output the volume of the tumor from the bottleneck of the U-net.
My question:
I have two losses - Dice Loss + MSE Loss

How can I have them in the same scale?
