Strange training curves

Ordinary CNN (not LSTM), Batch size 1, dataset size is about 40k, these curves are at about epoch 8th. Any one experienced these strange curves, i.e., fluctuating dramatically in a period, especially the valid_acc. Batch size?

You should try Increasing your batch size. A batch size of 1 can cause curves to look like this.
