Torchtext may influence the function of torch

I have try more times that the torch.cuda.is_available() present None after using the torchtext package in Windows 10 system.

That’s very wired. Could you open an issue on PyTorch Github and ping @zhangguanheng66.

Thank you,this question has been solved.Because pytorch edition was forced to update to cpu edition when I installed torchtext package in IDE environment.
