I’m a physician by training, and building BERT-based transfer learning models to understand patient attributes, (disease, treatments, procedures, lab tests) found in patient notes from electronic medical records. Currently my model runs, but parts of it are not learning. So I’m trying to find a process for trouble-shooting such a model.
