I have a 3D matrix when i plot it show some peaks as shown in the screenshot.

What i am doing i am adding some noise(0dB to -20dB) in the matrix and trying to reconstruct their peaks. probably i am getting the good reconstruction results as well. but i stuck on one thing that i wish to know the shifting the heights of the peaks in comparison to Original matrix and reconstructed matrix. anyone please help me about this.
