Building a chatbot with pytorch seems cool and easy but bulky, I could build a more easier means with research and all if i can get support from pytorch admins

Compared with tensorflow which i don’t like, Pytorch means of creating a chatbot is easier but bulky, If it could be made easier like creating a rasa-core or rasa-nlu model, or supporting such initiatives, it would be cool… I don’t think pytorch give full attention on its subAI models like chatbot… Anyways if i can create something easier, would i be supported??
