Can I use AMD Radeon 7900 Xtx gpu with pytorch on windows?

I want to do deep learning, mainly reinforcement learning with pytorch.
Is it possible to use windows and AMD gpu.
I know that there exists ROCm, but as far as I know it’s Linux only.
Am I wrong?
