Conda build pytorch-0.3.1-py**_cuda8.0.61_cudnn7.1.** incompatible

Hi.

I found using the command conda install pytorch=0.3.1 cuda80 -c pytorch, cudnn 7.1 will be installed. However, as far as I know, cudnn 7.1 is incompatible with pytorch 0.3.1 (https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/5667)
