Cpuinfo: CMake `find_package` support

Hello,

there’s an open PR, Support CMake find_package by luncliff · Pull Request #69 · pytorch/cpuinfo · GitHub, that would add support for find_package from other cmake projects consuming cpuinfo. Could this patch be merged (basically, the author did exactly what we were looking for, for our scenario) - or is supporting find_package not something desirable?
