Download link doesn't work to download binaries from https://pytorch.org/

Hi, tried to download stable (1.7.0) PyTorch release for Linux, LibTorch(C++/Java) package with Cuda 11.0 and download link doesn’t work (https://download.pytorch.org/libtorch/cu110/libtorch-shared-with-deps-1.7.0.zip), however if I choose Cuda 10.2 it does. Could anyone renew the link?
