Fuse Modules - How to fuse modules in the Sequential block

I am trying to fuse some modules in the AlexNet

model = torchvision.models.alexnet()

with the architecture:

This is the code I use to fuse Conv2d and ReLU

torch.quantization.fuse_modules(model, [["features[0]", "features[1]"]])

or

torch.quantization.fuse_modules(model, [["features0", "features.1"]])

but got the same error
AttributeError: 'AlexNet' object has no attribute 'features[0]'
How can I fuse modules within a Sequential block?

Hi @lhkhiem28 , [["features.0", "features.1"]] should work. More generally, you could print out the fully qualified name of every module in the model with something like

for name, mod in model.named_modules():
  print(name, mod)
