How to contribute to pytorch documentation in translation?

Hi, I’ve been using pytorch since version 0.3. I see pytorch only available in english language.
Does pytorch have any plan to make the translation available to other languages as tensorflow did?
If there is a plan for translate pytorch documentation, how to contribute to pytorch documentation for the Indonesian Language?

I think Soumith might have some information regarding the translation of the docs and might also know, if someone is already working on it.
