How to install pytorch cuda121 for aarm64 ec2 instance

I want to use a cuda121 pytorch version on my g5g-2xlarge an arm-based instance , following are my versions

CUDA: 12.2
Driver Version: 535.161.08
Ubuntu: 22.04 LTS aarm64

How to install pytorch version: 2.2.1+cu121 ?
