Is there any advantage in installing from source (other than getting the most up to date version) ? If so, is there a guide to correctly installing / setting up cuda that anyone could suggest? The docs assume a lot of knowledge that I seem to lack!
I think there is no particular advantage except if you want to have the latest version, or to push fixes.
