How to add my project to the ecosystem，what conditions need to be met before filling out the table (Join | PyTorch)
As described in the linked page, if you’ve answered “yes” to both questions you should fill out the form to send the application. 
Whether the project is to be uploaded to GitHub, our project was only uploaded to PYPI before. If it does not meet the requirements of the ecosystem, can you point out the deficiencies so that it can be improved again.
