Could a Torchvision maintainer help clarify the license applicable to this pretrained ResNet50 checkpoint?

We use these weights to initialize the backbone of object detection models in MMDetection, then train the models further on a third-party ship detection dataset.
For academic reproducibility, we would like to publicly share our final trained checkpoints through Harvard Dataverse. We will not redistribute the original dataset images or annotation archives.
I found the BSD-3-Clause repository license, but the Torchvision documentation notes that pretrained models may have their own terms.
Could you please clarify:
- Does the BSD-3-Clause license cover this specific pretrained weight file, or is there a separate model license?
- What license notices and attribution should accompany our publicly shared checkpoints after further training?
- Are there any additional conditions associated with the original pretraining dataset that apply to this use?
A link to the applicable terms or the appropriate licensing contact would be greatly appreciated. We will check our subsequent training dataset’s terms separately.
