MONAI is a PyTorch-based, open-source framework for deep learning in healthcare imaging, part of the official PyTorch Ecosystem.
The codebase is currently under active development and we are marching towards v0.2.0 targeted for release in July
MONAI includes Imaging workflow examples & jupyter notebooks to make it seamless for researchers & developers to get started. We are committed to broadening our examples & tutorials for other domain specialized workflows.
