To find this URL I just looked up the relevant page in the LAPACK docs. I don’t know if this URL will last. If you find a way to get a permalink to one of these URLs, feel free to submit a PR updating the netlib URLs that may be dead around the codebase. Even if you don’t, updating them to working URLs would make for a nice PR.
