Need to make Cnn - lstm pyramid model need to concatenated all lstm to a single lstm layer

how can I make this model

all the pre-trained alexnet 5 CNN layer is needed to load to each single CNN to single lstm, and all 5 lstm layer is needed to concatenate to single layer
