No cuda package for Windows on Anaconda Pytorch's official channel

It’s a great news that Pytorch v0.4 starts to officially support Windows. However, when I was following the instruction to “conda install pytorch cuda90 -c pytorch”, error of “no package found in the current channel” occurred. Then I discovered that no cuda90 for Windows is present in the pytorch’s Anaconda channel. Actually, cuda80 and coda 91 are also absent.

Please fix this

I’m very sorry for this. I’ve submitted the packages and soon these packages will be available.

They are uploaded now. Please have a try. @deltadu
