Is my question about PyTorch and Torch frameworks the same? Because I confuse these two thing.

Torch7 is deprecated, was using Lua, and was the predecessor to PyTorch.
It’s not the same and you should not use it anymore, as it’s not maintained.
You might still see some common concepts that were adapted in PyTorch from it.
