RNN Cell Output Weight Clarification

I was looking through the definition of RNN through the blog post here and in the blog, it mentioned that an RNN cell looks like:

However, when I checked the documentation of PyTorch’s RNN module, I noticed that it didn’t have the $V$ weight that the blog post was referring to, was hoping something might be able to clarify the differences. Thanks!
