Attempting to install dependencies for fastai using conda. both pytorch and torchvision nightly-cpu builds appear unavailable. Who is the best team to contact to ask for a re-publish?
Edit: python 3.7 environment
these nightlies have never been available for Windows.
We are making progress on them for Windows, see here: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/13227#issuecomment-436520690
