Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve: AWS Sagemaker

I am trying to install this package libsndfile1 for reading and writing my audio files through Waveglow model. However, when I tried to install just libsndfile it worked and installed perfectly but while installing libsndfile1 it is giving the following error. I have tried conda-forge also but nothing positive. I am working on AWS SageMaker notebook.

Also, I want to know that will these different version of this package effect the result of audio quality produced?

Did you try following the instruction near the bottom of that image? Did the search turn up anything?

Yes, I tried but no help. Actually, I am assuming that this libsndfile1 will improve the quality of my audio output. However, the code works fine with just libsndfile also.
