A long time ago I created the torchsample package to make it easier to train pytorch models on medical imaging datasets. I have recently completely reworked the package to provide even better high-level tools for augmentation, training, and visualizing medical imaging AI models. It is now available at GitHub - ncullen93/nitrain: Augmentation, training, and visualization tools for medical imaging AI models
